1. A property reference rather than a live reservation system

It cannot establish that every listing remains available, unchanged or authorised for a particular transaction at the time of a later visit. Confirm the exact property and current circumstances before arranging a viewing, making an offer or relying on a stated condition.
2. The publisher is identified separately
The About page distinguishes the company publishing this website from the named property business in the source. A source team, professional registration or business history is attributed to that named provider. It does not become the publisher’s brokerage credential, an overseas licence or evidence of an undisclosed relationship simply because the information appears in English here.
3. Dollar figures have a defined informational role
A displayed US-dollar amount is a dated reference conversion of a source Brazilian-real amount. It is not a currency exchange offer, a fixed settlement rate or confirmation of payment terms. Property price, charges, taxes, financing and contract currency must be considered in the actual proposed agreement with the responsible parties rather than inferred from the converted display.
4. Images and measurements should be checked for the property
Photographs introduce the property reference or illustrate the source’s institutional presentation. An image does not establish present condition, included furnishings or every feature of a unit. Areas, layouts, parking and development details can require documents and inspection relevant to the exact property. Ask about a discrepancy instead of assuming that a general category resolves it.
5. General descriptions are not individual professional advice
Information about neighbourhoods and property features is a starting point for enquiry. It does not establish legal title, financial suitability, a valuation, mortgage approval or a guaranteed investment outcome.
