Information handling when exploring property references and preparing a local enquiry.
1. Scope and website responsibility
This notice describes the information associated with the English-language property pages and the enquiry draft available here. AMF CORRETAGEM IMOBILIARIA LTDA, CNPJ 67.287.467/0001-35, is identified as the website publisher at RUA JOAO DE SOUZA CATUNDA, 22, QUADRA A 43 LOTE 22 CONJUNTO JARDIM DE VERSALHES III, PLANALTO, MANAUS - AM, 69044-170, Brazil. The TWA property business described in the reference has its own history and credentials; those are not automatically credentials of the publisher. When another business receives an enquiry or handles a proposed transaction, establish its identity and the privacy information applicable to that interaction.
2. Details used to prepare a property question
The enquiry asks for a name, an email address for a possible reply, a subject or category and the message you want to prepare. A company field, where shown, is optional. A property reference and a concise description of your question are generally sufficient for an initial enquiry. This website does not require an identity scan, income statement, rental guarantee, banking password or payment-card details. Do not enter documents or sensitive facts that are unnecessary to describe the property or service you are considering.
3. What happens when you use the form
The draft function assembles the information you entered in the current tab and displays it for review. It does not submit a lead to a website server or automatically contact an agent. You can choose to open the draft in an email application and decide whether to send it there. That application may store a draft or sent message under your own email-service settings. A displayed preview is therefore distinct from an email actually sent and from a recipient acknowledging or acting on a request.
4. The purpose of the initial information
The fields organise a question about buying, renting, listing a property or clarifying a reference in the captured catalogue. They are not an application for credit, a tenant screening process or a reservation. A subsequent property conversation may require different information depending on its purpose and the responsible provider. Ask why a document is needed, who will have access and how it should be shared before supplying it. Preparing an enquiry does not authorise unrelated marketing, publication of your message or disclosure of another person’s private circumstances.
5. Browsing and network information
Serving a page necessarily involves a network request. Its technical information can include the requested address, IP address, time, browser details, security indicators and diagnostic data. The hosting service and Cloudflare delivery infrastructure may process such information to provide access and protect the service. These technical requests are separate from the form values that remain in the local draft until you decide to use email. The page code does not provide a basis to promise that no infrastructure logs exist or that every provider retains them for the same period.
6. Local files, browser storage and delivery features
Property photographs, fonts, styles and scripts are served as local website assets and may be cached by the browser. The authored enquiry code does not save form values to localStorage or create a customer login. Cloudflare may apply network-security measures, email-address protection, diagnostics or performance functions at the delivery layer. Your browser settings can restrict or clear storage, but clearing a page does not necessarily remove a draft already opened in another application. Review the relevant browser and provider controls for the information you want to manage.
7. Search choices and saved-state controls
Any local filtering or selection on these pages is a way to organise the captured property information. It is not confirmation of current stock or registration of a customer preference with an agent. Controls described as local selections must work in the browser and should not be mistaken for a server-side account. A search phrase can itself reveal information if you place private facts into it, so use ordinary property criteria. The enquiry preview and any separately opened email have different functions and should be reviewed before further use.
8. Independent recipients and service providers
There is no embedded payment interface or live banking, credit or identity-verification service on this website. The page does not automatically distribute an enquiry to an agent network. If you send an email, its recipients and the email providers involved can process it under their own arrangements. A separately followed external link creates a visit to that destination. Confirm the recipient before sending property documents and review that service’s own notice rather than assuming this website controls every later stage of a property discussion.
9. Security, retention and international processing
The local draft is not a submitted-enquiry database with a published automatic deletion schedule. Browser caches, delivery diagnostics, email drafts and messages can have different retention periods. Technical providers may operate across national borders; English text does not imply that all information stays in the United States. HTTPS protects the connection to the site when correctly established, but it cannot secure every device, extension or email account used later. Avoid unnecessary personal and financial information and use an appropriate agreed channel for documents if a transaction progresses.
10. Requests concerning your information
To raise a privacy question, identify the relevant page and explain whether it concerns browsing, an on-page draft or a message actually sent. Provide enough context to locate the interaction without including unrelated identity or financial documents. You may ask about correction, access, deletion or other rights applicable to the relevant processing; responsibility and practical handling depend on the record and provider concerned. This notice does not invent one universal response period or waive any applicable protection. Revisions should be read against the functions available when the interaction occurred.
